E-Visa and its cost:
In Southeast Asia when we talk about Vietnam visa it is one of the most expensive countries to enter. Vietnam requires a little forward planning for long-term travellers. An e-Visa is delivered electronically, and can be obtained online before travelling to Vietnam. You can get a Vietnamese visa before you board your flight and the processing time is 3 working days.
The costs of Vietnam visa is normally between $20 and $25 USD for the authorization letter. You need to pay the stamping fee after arrival in Vietnam where the actual visa is attached in your passport. This ranges from $20 for a single month to $25 for a three month single entry visa. For multiple entry you need to pay higher stamping fee approximately $50 USD. All the stamping fees need to be paid in cash in US $.
The authorization letter only works through international airport, It will not work at land crossings.
